These in-person group parenting classes are for (future) parents who want to step into personal leadership – parenting with more confidence, clarity, and the courage to break generational cycles.

Unlike the one-on-one journey, which is highly personalised and deep-dive focused, this group experience offers the opportunity to meet yourself in connection with others, supported by shared learning and peer support.
Family constellations
We all carry the imprints of our family system-unspoken loyalties, inherited patterns, and unresolved emotions that shape how we show up in life and parenting. Family Constellation work brings these hidden dynamics to light, offering profound clarity and healing.
In this immersive group experience, we use spatial representation and embodied awareness to explore how unseen family influences may be affecting your relationships, choices, and emotional well-being. Whether you join as a constellant (to explore your own question) or a representative (to support others and gain insights for yourself), this process can unlock deep shifts and greater freedom.
