General Terms & Treatment Agreement
Introduction
These General Terms form the framework for the services provided by Nurture Next, a coaching and therapy practice based in Haarlem and run by Marina van Dansik. They are intended to ensure clarity, care, and mutual respect within the therapeutic relationship.
Nurture Next works from the principles of personal responsibility on the part of the client, mutual trust, and the importance of a safe and sustainable working relationship. By entering into a programme or trajectory, the client agrees to these General Terms.
Programme: ‘The Emotionally Safe Mother – Grounded and loving motherhood from the inside out.’
This programme consists of:
- 8 sessions of approximately 75 minutes
- Sessions scheduled at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks
- A total duration of no more than 12 weeks
- Sessions take place face-to-face at the practice
- If necessary, sessions may take place online
Available session times
Sessions can be scheduled during the following hours:
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sessions are scheduled and confirmed by mutual agreement.
Fees
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment terms
- Payment must be made prior to the start of the programme
- Payment may be made in full (100%) or in two instalments; a €50 surcharge applies to each instalment.
- In the event of non-payment, reminder fees of €33 per additional reminder may be charged
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled session are free of charge
- Cancellations within 48 hours result in the session being forfeited
- Weekends and public holidays are excluded when calculating this time period
- Once the programme has been confirmed in writing, no cooling-off period applies
Early termination of the programme
By the client:
The client may terminate the programme early. In such cases, Nurture Next remains entitled to payment of the full programme fee. Payments already made will not be refunded, unless the termination is demonstrably the result of negligence on the part of Marina van Dansik.
By the coach:
If the coach decides to terminate the programme early, the remaining unused sessions will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
Obligations of the coach
Marina van Dansik will provide her services to the best of her knowledge and ability. This is an obligation of best effort, not an obligation of results.
Professional codes & complaints procedure
Nurture Next is affiliated with NVPA (student member) and NOBCO.
Confidentiality
All information shared during the programme is treated as confidential. Case material may only be discussed in intervision or supervision in an anonymised form.
Privacy & GDPR
Personal data are handled with care and confidentiality and are used solely for the purposes of the treatment, its administrative processing, and the operation of the Nurture Next practice.
By entering into the agreement and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client consents to the recording and use of their name, address, place of residence, telephone number, and email address in the practice’s client records.
The email address may be used for:
- communication directly related to the treatment and practice operations, and
- the distribution of information, inspiration, newsletters, and offers from Nurture Next that relate to the practice’s services and vision.
The client may unsubscribe from such communications at any time, free of charge, via the unsubscribe link in the email or by providing written notice. Unsubscribing does not affect any ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the client and are processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, a complaint may be submitted via the NOBCO complaints procedure.
