You swore you’d do things differently. Yet, in moments of stress and exhaustion, you hear the same words leave your mouth-the ones that once hurt you.

The guilt creeps in. The shame of knowing better but not doing better. The exhaustion of carrying it all, feeling stretched too thin, resenting the weight of it, even though you love your child more than anything.

I provide in-person, personalised parenting support for (future) parents in the Randstad area (e.g. Haarlem, Amsterdam, Heemstede, Bloemendaal and surrounding areas) who are overwhelmed, burnt out, and trapped in patterns they swore they’d leave behind.

Through my Breaking the Cycle Package, we create the space you need to untangle these patterns, reclaim your energy, and parent with more presence, ease, and emotional freedom.

This is a structured, in-person journey-designed for lasting change, not a quick fix.

Breaking the cycle journey

Duration Core package: 6 paid sessions + 1 free final ritual session of ~1.5 hours each (scheduled every 2-3 weeks, based on your needs)
Cost: €945 incl. VAT
Mid-Journey Evaluation: After the third session, we reflect on your progress after which you decide whether to continue for the full six sessions, ensuring the journey feels aligned and impactful.
Features: Includes a gratitude notebook, email support, guided exercises, and a final integration session to deepen your transformation journey.
Essential Package: 3+1 sessions. Cost: €495 incl. VAT
Extended package: 9+1 sessions. Cost: €1.395 incl. VAT
Payment Conditions: 50% due 7 days before the first session. The remaining 50% is payable immediately after the continuation decision (before the 4th session).

Supporting sessions

Clarity Session

Duration: 1 hour (available online or offline)
Cost: €149 incl. VAT
Includes an upfront questionnaire, a written summary of the session, and a personalized initial roadmap. This session lays the foundation for your transformative journey.
Payment conditions: 100% payment at least 48 hours prior to the session.

Momentum Session

For clients who wish to continue after completing the Breaking the Cycle package.

Duration: Individual 1-hour sessions as needed
Cost: €125 incl. VAT
Features: email support.
